Last week I finished another couple of stitching pieces, but I can't show them... not until later in the year, but it'll be worth the wait... for certain folk.

Received the RR during the week, so I'm hoping to start that tomorrow morning or evening.  Right now I'm doing a square for Stitch For Pleasure, Stitch For Charity... i'm stitching their logo to go on to one of their blankets... should be finished that today so I'll upload a pic when done.  I'm also going to be knitting squares for blankets for Bonnie Babies but atm I'm finishing Kaylee's blanket.It's coming on... out of 60 squares, I have knitted and stitched together 19 of them.  Then there's the edging to do after that.

No pictures today... but hopefully soon.  My Lanarte 'Sun' is really an inbetween project so that's to keep me busy between projects.

I'll be starting the Eeyore cushion from Cross Stitcher this week as part of the new SAL, so everything is ready for that!

Right, what's been happening?  The Froggy Leap Year Exchange is now over and this is what I made for Emily:

I've also finished and sent off the second RR piece, here's a piccy:

I enjoyed stitching her, it was a real treat seeing her come together.  And I've finished my Crazy SAL!!!  I love Geisha's! Piccy!:

The backstitch was pretty slow going though.. but it was well worth it!

And Nik and myself stitched a couple of charity squares for the Hanny's Hearts of Love blanket and we've sent them off too:

The top one is mine and the bottom is Nik's.  Now I'm waiting for the next RR to come through and the next SAL to start in April so I'm stitching a Lanarte design just now, but no piccy update as yet.

Finished my piece for the Somebunny RR.  YEAH!  I'm going to relax with some knitting in front of the TV and do some more of Michelle's Plastic Canvas cat tomorrow.  I'm hoping to have the cat finished soon... poor Michelle, I've had the kit long enough... I feel rotten that it's not done and sent back yet.  But she's been cool and says no rush... but it's not mine and I really want to get it back to her.Not much left to do and then the backstitch.  Michelle loves French Knots so she said she'd do them when she gets it back... **phew**... I hate FK! lol

Nik is cutting up fabric for me for the SAL and our ring cushion.

Completed this knitted character of Feathers McGraw over the weekend,  quite pleased with him but Nik says his feet are back to front... think he might be right! LOL but I'm still happy... I only started him as I wanted to watch telly and I can't stitch and watch tv as I need to concentrate more on the stitching.

Nearly finished my piece for the Somebunny RR.  Just got the dangling star to finish then the backstitch.  Then it'll be ready to post off.  Pics to follow.

Finished the froggy stitching last night!!!  I had to unpick a bit though as I done quite a few in the wrong direction!!   But today I finally assembled it.  It looks good... I just hope the recipient likes it as much as I do.  The posting date isn't until the 18th February though so that's exactly 4 weeks I have it to myself .  But it will be well looked after.  Tonight I'm going to try and finish my piece for the Somebunny RR.

Nearly finished with this frog design for the exchange.  Got quite a bit done this morning.  My youngest is having her nap so I'm getting on with it.

It will be finished today so I'll hopefully be able to make it up tonight or tomorrow... depending on the kids.

Can't wait for the reveal so I can show it off

As I am taking part in the Froggy Leap Year exchange and the Somebunny RR, I thought I might get more of them done tonight... but ohhh nooo... not to happen because MY HEAD IS THUMPING! So I might just work on my Feathers McGraw knitting instead.  Taken pills (brufen) but they're not helping much... doesn't help when I have a herd of elephants living above me... how can ONE woman make so much noise???
